Worst subway in town tbh, they mess up our order every time????
Was just there a little while ago. Was by myself and nobody was behind the counter. Waited a few minutes before shouting hello... to see if anyone would come take my order. Nobody answered. Waited a little longer and shouted hello again and still nobodyanswered. I was there a little over ten minutes with absolutely no service! Didn't see a single employee. Decided not to waitany longer on poor service and walked out. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to a meatball sub today but I guesscustomers aren't important enough to you. You'd rather sit in the back and ignore us probably on your phones or something. Veryunprofessional. Do better and make this right! Read more
I went to this subway and had some of the absolute worst customer service ever by ?Mel.? She had an attitude the whole time she... helped me with my 2 subs and was annoyed that I came in to order subs at a sub shop! I even was trying to be very nice and saythank you many times and said it probably 5 times with her ignoring me and never saying anything back. Read more
Young man his name was Reis. Always has a good additude, works hard and is extremelynice. I travel for work and stay at the... Holiday Inn next door. I always go to this subway for its convince and cleanliness. I work in customer service and know how rareit is to find someone with work ethic and a good attitude. Hopefully this gets back to him to know that people still care whenyou do a good job and doesn't go unnoticed. Read more
The poor girl there was overwhelmed with our order of 5 and we still placed another order of 2. She looked like she was about to... cry. She was alone and apparently new because she did no know where the cup holders were. Questionable management for the poorsupport and training. Read more
This place is my favorite sub place and I frequent it alot. I love the people who work here, they are always so sweet, friendly,... and very helpful. Sometimes they start conversations while either making the food or in general, it makes me feel appreciatedand valued. I'll be seeing you guys again soon! Read more
Usually I only rate 3-stars for numerous fast food joints. We all know what to expect and the food is uniform regardless of... location. This place does a damn good job of service, food is fresh, staff is always helpful. And it can be busy in thislocation, but they alway knock it out of the park. Read more
