A lady made my amazing salad tonight. I was a little sad they didn't have spinach.
Most times I have come to this Subway, they have not been as prepared as they should be especially during lunch time. They were... out of most of the breads only one type of bread was ready. Only one person was working and i am sure she could have used somehelp. I think it is important to be efficient especially during lunch time. Hopefully they are more prepared the next time. Read more
I really like this Subway location, it is super clean and our Subs are always perfect. Some Subways we've gone to we werent sure... if the meats were fresh or if their utensils were clean but we never worry about that at this location. Everything is perfect tothe very last crumb. I usually order either a Tuna or Meatball and add American cheese on both. I toast the Meatball but not thetuna because yuck and the cheese there is just so fresh. Also they are up for whatever you want, even if you want alot on yoursub they never act annoyed. Believe it or not at the Onalaska Braund St. Location I did have a person get angry with me over myadd ons like seriously? Not with this location though everything is wonderful. I recommend! The staff is awesome. When it's busy, it's BUSY! sometimes it is so hot in there that it feels like the scent of subway is being... baked into your clothes. Read more
Every employee is super nice and they are efficient. Idk what the other people are talking about. Food is always fresh, store is... clean, great atmosphere and great employees! I definitely will go back, one of the best subways I've been to! Read more
I get my dinner here a few nights per week so I already knew going in tonight that the service would be rather slow as usual. I... was in for a big shock as I enter the store and there is only one family and one other individual in front of me and it took 17minutes from when I entered to when I left with my sub. The male worker who was assembling the sandwiches was rather friendlyand looked like he genuinely cared about his work. However the female worker who was on the register looked almost sedated,almost drugged. She wasn't into her work, was really slow and making tons of mistakes. The family in front of me was given theperson in front of me's sub sandwich by mistake, and she had to go chase them down before they left with it. On top of that shegave the poor girl the wrong change after all of that was done. Typical subway food, it's cheap but it's pretty decent, althoughthe service this time was very poor compared to the usual sub par levels we all know and love when it comes to subway. Read more
Good customer service. They made my sandwich perfectly, CBR. I was impressed, but also disappointed at the same time. The worker... seemed to be training a new employee and was completely disrespecting him and ignoring the customers the entire time. This dudewas training the new guy, filling online orders, and in-store orders simultaneously. Awesome effort from his end, but I amdisappointed because the way he was being treated by his trainee. Good Subway though, I think it does better than the one thatjust reopened down the street. They made my CBR melt and forgot ranch, and added pulled chicken instead which tasted so bad.This shop?
