Quick with food and actually had nice staff. It's tough to find fast food with nice staff sometimes.
When we walked into this Taco Bell location at 12:16pm on 10/23/22 there was no one at the counter. After waiting for 6 minutes... with 3-4 young guys working in the back (within sight of the counter), one guy peeked up and said "You can start your order onthe kiosk" and then walked away. We didn't want to use the kiosk, but now we felt obligated. The floors, tables, and chairs weresome of the stickiest I've experienced. Everything looked nice, however. When our food was ready they called our name, and thenleft to the back again. No one asked if we needed anything else, or waited to see if we got everything. When someone asks for no meat, DON'T PUT MEAT ON IT. Waste of 3 tacos. Guy taking the order was great but like. Two steps, man:... no meat, and add beans. How do you only get the second right. How is there no default bean burrito option?? Read more
This Taco Bell is not the best? Almost every time I?ve gone here, I?ve had to wait a long time to get my food, sometimes even... over half an hour! Also, there wasn?t even a long line- there were only two cars ahead of us, and the person in front of usdrove away before they even paid or received their food because of how long it takes. And, they?ve messed up my order multipletimes. Maybe this location is understaffed which is unfortunate, but nevertheless, I would not recommend. Read more
They allow dining in now. This was a huge mistake! None of the tables were clean. The bathroom was disgusting. None of the... lights were on. We had to wait for over thirty minutes for our food. Other guests who didn't want to use the self service kiosk had to wait for ever to get someone to come to the front for service. Will never come back. Read more
Wow.. just an embarrassment to the Taco Bell/ YUM brand. My wife and I went to have a quick lunch before I went to see the... cardiologist in Lacrosse. Placed our order and sat down waiting for our name to be called. 25 minutes later we had our order. The guy making food was doing so one handed as he was talking on a cell phone with the other hand. Three people walked outbefore putting in a order because no one was at the counter to take orders. Our chulpas where hard as a rock. My wife couldn'teven eat it. Didn't ask to have it replaced because didn't have 20 plus more minutes to stay there. Then to top it off,asseen in the pictures the bathroom was probably the nastiest bathroom I've ever been in. The porta potties at a music festivalare cleaner. Just no excuse for this restaurant to be this bad at all. Read more
