I'd rate this lower if I could! 40 minute wait for a nacho fry box ordered through mobile app. When I asked the manager if it... was almost done, he walked away without answering! After receiving food, they put sour cream on my burrito, despite it beingordered without due to allergy, and was disgusting according to my husband! I walked out without asking them to fix it becausewe already waited so long. The lobby was freezing cold! The drink, Mango Tea, didn't taste good either. I will not be returningto this location. I understand people called in today, but just walking away from a customer without answering isn't propercustomer service! Read more

Love this location as it's close enough to downtown without actually being IN downtown. Food is always hot & tasty. Lots of... options to choose from - including vegetarian. Did have to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes at my last visit, but Iassumed it may be due to staffing issues or a machines malfunction. No issues with my order, just took a bit longer. Read more
While we were the first dine-in customers of the day, the lobby was a mess from the previous night, the breakfast signs were not... turned so we couldn't properly order our meals, and our food, after missing items, was delivered to us in 25 minutes. What keepsthis Bell ringing, however, was the employees kindness and concern with our dietary restrictions, as they did get allingredients correct in our meals and even made them BIG!...but maybe that's why they were out of everything so early. I was on my lunch break from work and was pumped to get my food since I work 13 hours today, and it was really bad. First, the... lady who gave me my food was clearly in a bad mood and had an attitude, and both burritos I ordered were messed up. The firstone had no tomatoes, and the second had nothing but a TON of beans and a few kernels of rice and some taco meat. It wasliterally a tortilla filled to the brim with refried beans and nothing else, so that was gross. On top of that, no napkins weregiven. I might be a bit more understanding if it was busy, but it was 12:30 and no one was there. The workers, especially thelady at the window, just seem kind of careless whether to get the orders right or not. I feel like I wasted my money? Read more
Get u thru the drive thru quick,but I ordered steak on my box meal, got charged the upcharge, and then never got it. Plus my... soft taco was some funky crispy chicken thing with mediocre sauce, and a half eaten looking piece of fried chicken thing. Gross. Read more
They always forget something from our order, and the food is made pretty badly. I would go to the other one in town if they... didn't always close so early. Also the employees just sit around and do nothing, but can't blame them. Read more
Food was made wrong was supposed to not have the jalapeño sauce and i added sour cream and paied for it and quality was not... good. How could you not see ink on this and use the tortilla and serve it. Read more
