I ordered a pizza and some breadsticks online for delivery at 9:54 pm, got a confirmation number via email. Tracking order said... delivery between 10:31 & 11:01 pm. Called at 11:05 and the guy on phone said they have issues with online ordering and hecouldn't find order. He said unless I got an email confirming order. I did receive email and he didn't want to hear the numberand said sorry but I have to go. I love their pizza and a few of us were looking forward to a snack before bed. We ended up stopping here because we were on our way out of town on a 4 hour drive home and needed lunch. The person who took... our order was nice but we were not offered any plates,silverware,cups,napkins and we were sitting very near the counter. Weneeded to eat inside instead of eating in the car. Topper Stix were amazing and they were free due to some promotion so that was really nice. I ordered Buffalo Boneless Wings.... When I arrived and texted that I was there for curb side pick-up two staff members approached my vehicle minutes later to tellme they accidentally shook the wings in BBQ sauce and that they were remaking them. She said that due to the extra few minutes Iwould be waiting that she would give me the BBQ wings also if I wanted them. I accepted the offer and it was a friendlytransaction. Unfortunately about half the time I order from here I have to call them for a replacement pizza / whatever else I ordered, or... credit. The deals they offer are for show, any modification and you are hit with full price plus. It's time they fix theirissues and properly train their staff for consistency Read more
