I?ve only been to this location a handful of times, and each time I walk out empty handed. The staff does not pay attention to... the counter, I could literally see 2 workers facing away from me whom I was standing at ?order here? sign for 5 minutes, andthis occasion was the shortest amount of time that I?ve waited. My kids and I stopped here in the middle of a road trip. Travis helped us at Subway, and another lady helped with making a... pizza. Travis was awesome interacting with my kids and chatting with them with a big smile. It made for such a nice break inour drive. My son asked for a little if every single type of cheese on his sandwich and Travis was very accommodating and askedif he wanted to sample one of the veggies when he wasn?t sure if he wanted it on his sandwich or not. Awesome sandwiches . They made them the way they are supposed to when you order extra meat and cheese. Only make sure they have... regular ranch and not peppercorn ranch . The girl said she thought they were the same and I let her know there is no way theyare the same . One has a kick to it as the other one is just regular. Read more
Lyzza is a rude worker put fingers in sandwich, made sandwich in hury, didn't let me finish what I said before putting toppings... on my food. Then when I mentioned if she used a utensil instead of fingers to fold sandwich it would be more sanitary she saidshe wasn't aloud to, threw a fit and remade sandwich but made me feel like jerk for pointing out she ruined my food that I haveto pay for with her fingers.... Disappointed! This used to be a favorite stop as we traveled through the area before the pandemic. First, the bathrooms were... trashed. I?ve seen better rest area bathrooms. The staff seemed tired (aren?t we all with a full day of travel) and gave curtanswers to my questions. My husband heard them to say they were short staffed. I was really surprised to find a notice taped atthe start that they no longer accept paper coupons or electronic ones through the app. You know, the emails with which we areall bombarded touting one special or another. And since that is my main reason to use Subway, I won?t stop here again. They didrepeatedly refer me to the other Subway nearby that accepts coupons and special deals, so I guess they deserve the one star. Read more
The person who was helping me was great! She allowed me to ask questions and she helped my kiddos decide what they wanted. I... didn't feel rushed at all. The food was delicious and even their cookies were soft and yummy. My experience with Subway cookiesis that they are often try and hard, but these ones were perfect! Read more
I always have the best experiences here. Every staff member is easy to talk to. The button to tip on the card reader doesn't... work sometimes and that's definitely not fair. They deserve it. They still have the chicken strips and their service was amazing! Great subway 10/10
