Old produce clearly they dont switch stuff out just stack produce on top of old produce and never wash containers. Stale bread,... chaotic environment. Thought Spud was new he was so slow! He was so annoyed that I showed up at his work to order a sandwich.Super disorganized. I'm laying here not being able to sleep because I might have food poisoning. Worst subway ever. Bought gas at Fly J so thought Subway is always a good choice. There was one person ahead of me and it took the guy 30 minutes... to do her order of two sandwiches. When I ordered with a lady she repeated back something completely different than what I hadsaid. I clearly and distinctly said my request again. She repeated it back with another option. I repeated my sandwich requestand helped them by pointing to each item I wanted on the sandwich. After 45 minutes I had my sandwich. The service was slowand I felt one person may have been relatively new. I am glad all Subways are not like this one. Read more
Picking up lunch and the kid named Spud was sooooo slow. He was slamming stuff and ruined my sandwich because he was frustrated.... He didn?t fix it either. He obviously was having a tough day but he literally made me have a panic attack slamming stuff around.?? Read more

I have a family of 5. Last week my daughter came in and ordered cold cut for everyone and was reportedly treated badly . I... thought she might have been exaggerating but today I came in and let 4 people go ahead of me knowing my order would take longerthen theirs but when a person with a name tag that said Rachel came out of the back, and it was my turn to order she threw a fitabout having to do so many, having to go get more supplies to fulfill the order, so in and so forth. By the time I left My smileturned into tears in my car. I understand we are a big family but I tried to keep all sandwiches the same, even let others gofirst so that it was less of an issue. We live locally and unfortunately we will just have to go further into la Grande to getour subway from now on. I don?t ever want to have anyone in my family deal with this treatment. Read more

Hire new people. And throw out the stale bread. The hair in my sandwich was longer than the blondes attention span. Plus how can... a manager not know what to do in that situation? I stopped in late in the evening and was pleasantly surprised to see that this Subway was still open. Steven J was incredibly... friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my sandwich was just the way I wanted it. He made sure my veggie portions were tomy liking and evenly distributed. Same with the mayo. I?ve never had such a great experience at a sandwich shop before, and thesandwich itself was the best subway sandwich I?ve ever had! Read more
