This Wendy's and this quiet little town is very clean and has spectacular customer service. Everyone was super friendly and... smiling and when I ordered my food it came out promptly. The food was typical of a Wendy's. I will say that the frys were hot and seemed as fresh as they were going to get. The staff... was very helpful and polite. The atmosphere, was much to be desired. The amount of flys inside was gross. The soda machinelooked like it hasn't been cleaned in quite awhile. The tables looked like they were just barely wiped off. It does make mewonder if the dining area was cleaned like this, how did the kitchen look? I will say with the few staff I seen, they seemedlike they were trying were kept busy. Read more
On a trip, I usually dine in but requested takeout due to the fly problem. I ate in my car. 100s of flies on every thing... inside. I had to fight them off to use the toilet. They're thriving inside that restaurant, it's a breeding grounds for thenasty things. Read more
We game to Wendy's for a snack. I ordered a cheese fry. Which the photo showed yellow cheese. My order had white cheese and it... was nasty. Then while we were chatting, a person came to work on the soda machine and opened something that made an horrificodor! We even moved ourselves further away from the soda machine cuz we were going to loose our lunch. The bathrooms were dirtyand there were flies every where. Super friendly employees - all working very hard as the restaurant was very busy, but there is a serious fly problem. My... husband and son killed 25 flies while we were waiting for our food to be ready and it didn?t really make a dent. Truly, thepeople who worked there were kind, friendly, and helpful despite the obvious time pressures of such a busy fast food place and Iwas impressed by that and it made me not want to leave a negative review, that is why I put 3 instead of 1 star. I did wonderif they were too nice to hurt a fly? But as a place that serves food the manager/owner needs to address the fly problem ASAP. Read more
Unclean restaurant. Flies everywhere. Granted, it?s summer and it?s really hot, but there were flies crawling everywhere; in the... dining area, there were at least four behind the cashier crawling on the menu, I don?t even wanna think about how it was in thework/food prep area. There were literally flies sitting on the cashier as he took orders from people. Washroom was disgusting ?numerous flies on the toilet seat, some on the walls, some were on the sink and still more were eating something on the floor bythe sink. I was just passing by the area for a pit stop but after seeing all this I decided to leave without ordering. Even ifthe food tastes good, this could be hazardous for public health and safety.
