No guacamole. The store was less than clean. In terms of garbage and tables being dirty and garbage being left virtually... everywhere. The service was good. The food tasted fine. But without guacamole something was definitely missing. Also, thebottles of hot sauce and other sauces were empty so I didn't have the opportunity to use the sauce I generally have on myburrito. Overall, not a very pleasant visit for almost $30 for one full one burrito in one drink. Read more
Bowls are 2/3 full and mostly all cheese and rice and 4 scraps of meat. They will scam you if you order delivery.
Would've been a 5, but parking is horrible.. luckily they have a "burrito loading zone" that's meant for people with online... order to get in and out.. unfortunately an employee with a fiat 500 thinks its his personal parking spot. Read more
No greeting by upon walking in, their were 2 workers but one decided to leave to gossip with other coworkers in the back. Upon... me ordering the employee acted as if he was in a rush and didn?t want to serve or make a simple burrito order, I watched as hemade three tacos sloppily with uneven portions, he also threw the fortis shell on the grill for not even a full 3 seconds and mytotal came out to be $36 and all I ordered was a taco burrito and a bowl.upon getting home their were no napkins nor spoons orforks added to the bag! Plus the food was beyond cold! And my burrito was inedible due to the pieces of fat left in the steak!Every bite I took was just chunks of fat! Will never be going to chipotle again! Tried this one after the one close to them completely got my online order wrong. Guess what same thing. Never order online 2/3 ... chipotle website order wrong and the one on Harlem had like 1/2 C of sour cream. This one didn't refund me over the phone so Ieither gotta try online or go back which doesn't work when you trust your order to be good for work. Will be going back and themanager Gabe will correct it with a new bowl. Don't know when is bother going back but until then, another letdown. Notice thechicken pieces , wrong beans , peppers ,no corn. Just a completely different order and I'm SOL on a lunch for work. I love Chipotle but lately no matter the area they all get something wrong when you order pick up or delivery ????. I order... black beans and clearly I didn?t get them, so I encourage the Corp to take a look in the staff and improve your employees ormanagers who ever is responsible for messing this orders. There is a reason why I order delivery and is frustrar 3 timesdifferent area always something with the orders. Definitely will stop ordering Chipotle ???? Read more

We have been ordering from this location consistently and the accuracy and wait times have become pretty rough. Today we... received a kids meal (for a kid) that erroneously included hot sauce as one of the sides and it was full to the brim. With anegg allergy in our family Chipotle was a great option but we will avoid this location in the future. Read more
