This is the closest McDonald?s to our house. This location?s stated hours say open until 11pm for both dine-in & drive-thru. We... have tried going to this location many, many times around 10:20/10:30pm in hopes to get a late night meal but they close earlyevery night. Lights are completely out at this location at 10pm & they won?t take orders in the drive-thru. I?ve never heard ofa McDonald?s that closes early. I've seen more better McDonald's/fast food restaurants that are much more professional , I advise you to hire people that are... not just of one set race because of the way the world is going now it's about diversity inclusion and equity for all ,regardless of opinion marginalized groups need to start somewhere I'd advise to follow Shake Shacks business model in terms ofhiring diverse employees black LGBTQ+ etc, Lagrange maybe a conservative town but it's time to move on Read more
I ordered using the mobile app and was expecting my food to be delivered curbside. I waited for 15 minutes and finally got fed... up. I went into the store and asked to speak to the manager. My order was on the counter getting cold for the past 15 minutes. Manager said she didn?t have enough workers to deliver the food curbside. I think this location needs to be shuttered or theyneed more workers so they can handle the business in a more professional way. As a long standing customer I was shocked that myfood would sit and get cold for 15 minutes on a counter. Standards at McDonald?s seem to be slipping. Most unfortunate. Read more
