My husband and I came in with coupon from a fundraiser book. Buy one blizzard get one free. Young girl said the company is... privately owned and wouldn't accept. Why would Dairy Queen even put this company in a fundraiser book we paid $20.00 for if wecan't use? We live in Lagrange. Read more

The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the line inside was to the door, but the employees were working so hard... to get everyone's orders quickly and correctly. They are doing an amazing job for being short staffed. ???? Read more

By far the worst DQ I have ever been to. Never fails to disappoint. Never have an adequate candy to ice cream ratio in their... blizzards. If I wanted an ice cream cone with no candy, I would've just ordered an ice cream. Read more

Drive thru was so backed up I literally had to wait through an extra cycle at the traffic light before I was able to turn into... the parking lot/ drive thru area. I thought I might avoid a long wait time by placing a carryout order inside, as there wereonly two or three other parties inside prior to placing my order of a large Blizzard. Regardless, I still waited in excess oftwenty minutes, as I witnessed confused employment and disarray unfurl, as well as a serious lack of urgency for not only thedrive thru customer wait time, but those standing for the time they did for what I consider to be relatively small or simpleorders to fill with my years in the food industry and management in such. Clearly, mismanagement of a crew consistent of ayounger course and not those who have too much experience, which may be considered in the diversity of possible employees ifattainable. Read more

DO NOT Walk in. They only care about drive thru orders. Shame on me but I waited 23 mins for a large and small chocolate malt... inside. I know times are tough. Can?t blame the teens working. I blame the management. Shame on you. You should be in therehelping them out. No more business from me until things change. Read more

Nice Dairy Queen location. The facility was clean for the most part. There was however, a large water spill in front of the... counter which they did not clean up but simply put a warning sign up. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It did takemaybe 7 minutes for them to make my blizzard however. Read more
