Ordered food last night (LaGrange, KY) for my kids after a long drive home. Paid over 53 dollars for three large pizzas and a... order of bread sticks only to stay awake until 1:30am, no update and no pizza. When I called (multiple times) to see where ourorder is, the phone line sends you to someone nowhere close to where I live who cannot help or when they finally transferred mycall to the local store it cuts you off because the store has already closed. We placed an online order stated 30-45min we arrived about 50min. When pulling up to the window we seen 4 workers working and 2... deliver guys loading up orders. We sat at the window for about 10min why everyone continued to walk right pass us. After a fewmore min of waiting a worker came to the window and said have you all been helped. Well we ordered chicken poppers , they put no sauce on them. We called and they said they would send some out and it would be an... hour. So two hours went by. I called back. They said 10 minutes. I called back. They said they drive is leaving now. I wonderhow hard it is to go 3 blocks? How hard is it to fix your mistake ? We order from there all the time and they never have aproblem.
