Received my pizza . Ordered a half large supreme and half pepperoni. It looked like they just cut green pepper onion and... mushrooms n threw them on. Vegetables were not even cooked. A total waist of mon ey,. This pizza hut won't stay in businessserving pizza that way very disappointed, oh I called and told them , and they acted like they were right and that couldnever happen. I would've been happy if they brought me a pizza that was cooked. Very rude customer service. Read more
The pizza was ready when promised and tasted great. My only issue was their beverage inventory. Don't trust what is supposed... to be in stock online. I asked for the 2 liter to be taken off the ticket, but they couldn't honor the request. Most likely,this was because it was part of a combo deal. I'm not ordering Pizza Hut for the soda anyway. Also, it's disappointing thatthey don't deliver info our neighborhood, which is less than 5 miles from their location. Not a big deal, but sometimes you dolike that extra option. Their parking lot is small too, so keep that into consideration during peak times. However, theyseemed to be very efficient, which definitely helps with the lack of parking. Read more
Door Dash Delivery TAKES. TOO. LONG. Also INCREASES COST. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. Dominoes has great pizza and... MUCH shorter delivery times. This should be disclosed BEFORE ordering. Read more
Ordered stuffed, pan and thin crust pizzas, all were perfect, hot and delicious. We've missed Pizza Hut since moving here. ... Delivery was made by a door dasher, I know they have drivers so I believe they outsourced to keep deliveries on time, which Iappreciate. Read more
Just tried our new location in LaGrange and it didn?t disappoint. We tried the stuffed crust, pan pizza, breadsticks and wings.... All were VERY good. Carry out was ready on time and even on a busy Saturday afternoon I was met with a smile and good customerservice at pick up. We will be back. Read more

So Pizza Hut-LaGrange KY offered me a refund after getting Door Dash to deliver our food because they didnt have drivers. Door... Dash driver stole food (according to Pizza Hut) from our $103.00 order on October 6th and still no credit or refund has beenissued. Door Dash was going to refund the delivery fee, still no refund.
