I never got to eat the food. We waited over 30 minutes at lunch on a Friday. When the one employee finally got to us, they said... they were out of creamy sriracha after 2 splattering squeezes on a wrap, never looked for more in the back, and then outrightrefused to toast it. They said they'd get us the paperwork showing they can't toast wraps and then "couldn't find it." Worstcustomer service I've seen at Subway. I worked at one Subway or another for over 6 years in the past, and we would always toastwhatever sandwich or items a customer wanted toasted. Read more
Employee there was very rude and needs to be trained on how to talk to customers or be taken out of the restaurant entirely. No... wonder this subway location is always empty when I go by! Read more
Will never return , bread was old and tasted terrible. Cookies were old and nasty. Owner or manager kept answering phone and... walking to back while we waited for our sandwich?s to be finished. Terrible experience Read more
I've been a Subway manager before and the lady's that were working told me that I can't get the same ham sub on a different... bread. Then the ihc was dry and stale. I had gotten a chicken bacon ranch which has double cheese and didn't receive it. Justone thing after another so I very much disapprove of this Subway. Read more
Last two visits revealed no ice since ice machine was broken and today the toaster was out of service. Location no longer offers... $6 meal deal or sub of the day. Actual sandwich has been fine though. Read more
Bad food, a rude manager, filthy restrooms with no soap, broken toaster, and the failure to except the subway app for coupons... makes this one of the worst examples of the Chiangs. Rolling down the street avoid this franchise Read more
Service was quick and all items were fresh. Restrooms could have been cleaner, but overall it was a good Subway.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. when the employee that was there finally got off the phone and came out from... the back to service he was extremely rude. He has no idea how to talk to customers and ripped the money out of our hand. Iwas here at a Saturday at lunch time and no one was in the store.
