Went here for breakfast on the way to take my daughter to work. We ordered iced coffees, a breakfast crunch wrap and a breakfast... quesadilla. For starters, our coffees had no sugar in them. As for our food, the crunch wrap nor the quesadilla was even cooked.Cold Shredded cheese was literally falling out of my food. Do better. Read more

I placed an order on the app and I ordered the Quesirita. I only wanted the cheese, chicken, rice and avacodo ranch dressing on... it. I got home and all I had was the chicken and sauce. Very disappointed. I called when I got home and it's like the managerdidn't even care. Read more

Charged me to have the chipotle sauce on the sides. They forgot two of my items on my order they didn't give me the mild sauce... that I asked for after I told them when they took my order and at the window they still did not put it in the bag. I circledback around to get the items and all the employees were sitting at a table in the dining room nobody came to the window I beepedthe horn I even called and nobody answered the phone and then they had an attitude when they had to replace two of the itemsthat they had forgotten. Been sitting inside waiting for a mobile order for 30 minutes with no sign of my order coming soon. Save your time and money and... go somewhere else. None of the employees seem to know what they're doing. UPDATE: my order was sitting on a counter hidden fromme the whole time. Food is cold and disgusting. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY. If I could give them 0 stars I most definitely would. where do I begin? this is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to.... I've lived in La Grange all my life and it's just gotten worse and worst throuout the years. You will wait there in line for30-45 minutes each visit. Every single time I go there after 10 PM they tell me that they are unable to serve me because of adifferent excuse each time: they are short staffed, they need to clean, food shortage... the list goes on. It's been that wayfor a few months now. why not just close the store at 11 if it's that bad. why run up the labor? The last time I went theydidn't cut my quesadilla and I took it back through the drive-through and asked them to cut it...and so they told me they would. I gave it back to them and when they handed it back to me a second time it had marks from like it was cut but there was noactual real cuts in the quesadilla. pretty annoying too. Now I went back I ordered 6 items total. 3 items, 2 of each if thatalessense. Though when I got to the window i explained to them that I had ordered 2 burritos with my food they told me that theycan't do any add ons at the window. it wasn't an add on, they just misheard me... and there was only 3 cars on lot so what wasthe big issue? I could have just pulled forward like the other vehicle if it was such a problem.This poor girl at the windowjust seems so clueless every time I go. I am a restaurant manager as well. clearly someone needs to come in and train thisstaff better or management needs to be changed, but something needs to be done because it is absolutely ridiculous that I haveissues every single time I come to this Taco Bell. unfortunately I love the food and would sell my soul for it. I've been going to this location over the past couple decades, even before it was a taco bell. But times change and so do the... people owning, operating, and working in them. After the entire building was torn down and rebuilt a couple years ago, I'd saythe place improved a bit. I usually never have a problem when I go in or when I go through the drive through. I went through4/12/22 at lunch time and the food I ordered and received was very hot and fresh. The people working the drive through at thespeaker and the window were nice to me, so hats off to them. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone that likes TacoBell, keep up the good work! Read more

After placing our order on the app and paying on the app we sit in the drive through for 3pminutes finally get to the speaker... and tell them we placed an order on the app and the guy says "um we can't make half of the food you ordered." At first he didn'teven act like there was anything they could do about it, a $32 order. So when I asked what we could do he said we could call thenext day to try to get a refund or they could just substitute the items they couldn't make with some items that they could make.We set for another 15minutes before finally getting to the window and when he I asked him to repeat to me what the order wouldnow be he I realized that there were 2 items still that we didn't even substitute anything for because they didn't want to, theywere aggravated, there was a long line in the drive thru and they were having to work. After going back and forth about what wecould substitute for the other 2 items we waited for 15 more minutes for our food,once he handed us the bag of course I checkedit to make sure we had all of our order and they just threw in food that we didn't ask for instead of what we actually ordered.I walked back to the window to get this corrected. Once we got home instead of my beef chalupa Supreme I got chicken. Instead ofa soft taco Supreme we got a crunchy taco with chicken. Over all this was the worst experience ever. Read more
