How can you rate the atmosphere of a drive thru experience exactly? The team member forgot to give the person in front of us... their credit card back, and had my co-pilot hail down the driver before they left the traffic ???? light and they ( bothparties) were thankful. Wendy's employee drive thru gave my padre here a free frosty, but still, everything was great besidesthe wait, and the fact that they forgot to put some stuff in, that we ordered, but, all said and done ????, we fixed everythingand half hour later we get home and the burger is the most tasteless, seasonless patty of meat- like substance you could haveever imagined. Nothing like Dave ever gave out years ago when I went with my great Aunt and Uncle, which treated me once in aBlue ???? Moon to a Wendy's burger. Disappointed all around, I won't be back even if you paid me to try it, unless they dosomething drastic to come back to their roots. Forget Wendy's.???? Read more
The woman at the window when I pulled up send very new, like she was still just learning the system. She was super friendly and... didn't seem flustered at all by the line of customers I was somewhere in the middle of! Read more
Very busy at night. Short staffed. Food took longer to get but they did an amazing job. Worth the wait!
This Wendys is always so busy. Great food and usually quick service. They don't mess up orders very often either.
Swung by this Wendy's on a return trip home from Nashville, TN as it's location off the free way provided for a great... opportunity to refill, stretch, and get a "quick" bite to eat. Half hour plus later, we finally got our food... Having readthrough other reviews, seems urgency isn't a priority at this Wendy's and I can confirm. Extremely slow! Order was correct,food was satisfactory for standard Wendy's food. Read more
The food is pretty good at this location, but they are not open inside and only use one drive-thru lane so it is always very... busy and they are slow. Read more
This place is hot or miss on service. Sometimes you have fantastic service with piping hot food, then other times you get half... full fries (pictures below of my last two visits) and luke warm food that is slopped together. I love Wendy's food just wishthey would be consistent on the service and portioning. Read more
Make sure to check your food at the window. Last 3 times I have been here the only thing they have got correct on my order was... fries. You would think after waiting in the line for 20 minutes they can get a order correct. Read more
