Drive through is fast. Order comes out wrong almost every time. I might blame their missing screen in the drive through (which... prevents you from confirming your order visually), but I said it twice and they called it back correctly. Nobody answers thephone, so cannot try to offer feedback there or see if it is worth returning to fix the problem. 2 of 4 kids without a meal.Really sad that the basics of service are lost on this place. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. We went to eat and while we were trying to eat, you could hear someone in the back... continuously, about 5 minutes) coughing and hacking stuff up followed by several loud, honking type nose blowing. You couldhear the employees laughing loudly while it was happening. I finally threw my food away and complained to the manager on dutywho proceeded to tell me they were not corporate. I told her I know she wasn?t corporate but there is a corporate forMcDonalds. She then told me with a smirk that the person was not in the kitchen but was in the break room. She could care lessthat it was disgusting or that I couldn?t even finish my meal. I won?t be back for sure. Read more

Poor service, at least at night. Screen was broken, the guy taking orders had no idea what was going on, maybe not properly... trained. Over charged us , had to pull up and wait for about 15 minutes. Order was wrong food was cold. The only reason theyare getting 2 stars is because I got my free breakfast sandwich the next morning and it was good and hot. Different staff! Read more

Is there a way to give ZERO STARS? Based on the interaction today, the worst reviews were too kind. How is this place even... still in business in a small town? I travel throughout the United States and at the worst places, I have had better service andbetter food. Our food was wrong, even though we paid upcharges for changes. I asked for Mac Sauce, charged for it, and receivedno Mac Sauce. I ordered Fries. While I did get potatoes, they were cold and soggy...as if they were thawed but not cooked. Iasked for a cup of ice, willing to pay for it and the cup had four cubes of ice. FOUR. When I offered them the opportunity tocorrect the issues, I was met with unapologetic rudeness. When I asked to speak to a manager, the window was closed in my face.When I called the restaurant, no answer. Don't get me wrong, I do not expect 5 star food or even 5 star service on a regularbasis. However, it is my understanding that McDonald's was built on their ability to produce consistency across a massivemarket. IF this is the consistency customers receive, there is no doubt the business will fail. So again, how do they stay inbusiness? Is there another source of income not on the menu? Clearly the food and customer service is not the reason for repeatvisits. Maybe the corporate office should conduct a review of their contract or the health department should check inunannounced. I have trained in the customer service industry for years and this will definitely be in my toolbox of "what not todo". Read more

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's restaurants in Texas. A bunch of crayon eating employees that are employed at this... location. How do they get every single order wrong? I have eaten at this location more than once because there are not manyoptions. I ask for sugar and get one packet. I don't argue with them because I'm sure they won't comprehend what is going onanyway. I'll be glad to get bad service at another location but this place is horrible. Read more
