It was great I love there Pizza. We will always go back
Disappointed that this location doesn't actually maintain the service hours it says it does. We came in at 8:15 and ordered in,... but was told we would have to take our pizza to go as the "lobby" was closed since they closed at 9:00pm. We chose to leavesince we didn't want to have a take out meal, and we went to Reba's where we ate in and enjoyed a great pizza. Read more
Dinning room wasn't open so had to go through drive thru and had to wait for pizzas to be cooked. Pizza's were on the greasy... side but it tasted alright for most part. Read more
My pizza was ready on time, the pizza was made correctly, it was hot, and the breadsticks were fresh. No issues at all.
I gave it a 1 star because it is the lowest I could. Ordered two pizzas and a half gallon of tea for in house service. Served... in a to go box and paper plates. Tea was sour/old. Pizza had minimal if any marinara sauce. When we ask about it, our"waitress" said it's on there. Not obvious when we lifted the cheese there might have been a splash. As we left the building,our waitress was standing near the drive in window and told us to have a good evening, I replied thank you as I opened the doorto exit. My wife had walked out and before I could exit, I heard "don't come back". I immediately turned around and ask for amanager. Our waitress ask why and I told her, she replied, "we would never say that". Well, young lady you did. Out ofrespect I won't give her name. Management you have lost a customer. We will not come back at your employees request. Unbelievable and unacceptable, young lady learn what customer service is. Read more
Pizza Hut in Lagrange never disappoints. I never have to wait they are fast, efficient and friendly. Have yet to get an order... with anything incorrect. The food is always hot and the typical transaction take less than 2 minutes when ordered online. Read more
Picked up a pizza to go. Service was fast and good. Didn't have to wait hardly at all to get my order.
