I ordered door dash to go and showed up and waited for 15 minutes. Eventually they say that my order must have been taken by... someone else and that they?ll remake it. After they remade it they didn?t call out my name so my order sat there for fiveminutes with a bunch of other orders and I didn?t know about it. Apparently you have to double check the orders when they getput out even though they were calling out everyone else?s names. Pretty sure my order wasn?t stolen but whatever I got my foodeventually. This restaurant is often a mess. Customers have come back into the cafe with their bag to correct an order. Or an employee runs... out to the parking lot with a missing item to catch a customer. Be sure and check your order before leaving, if you are ableto. Read more

Listen. I love Panera. I really do. But wow is my view of Panera changed after today. I?ve been to a lot of different Paneras... but haven?t been to this one in a couple of years. All of the other Paneras I?ve been to have been very pleasant, good food,good vibes, etc. This Panera couldn?t be more opposite. For starters it was trashed. Like super dirty. Garbage on the floor,food on the floor, food on the tables and chairs, napkins and cups left on tables. Mind you this place is carpeted which made iteven worse. Obviously it?s partly the fault of customers for not cleaning up after themselves but also, I was at Panera all dayworking and not once did someone sweep/clean a table. The bathroom was also gross, stuff all over the floor, smelled horrible,sticky toilet seat. And to top it all off, my Muffie was stale. All in all a pretty bad experience at Panera. Would I everrecommend someone come to this location? Absolutely not. Would I come here again? Sadly, probably yes. Read more
This was my first time frequenting this Panera and it will be my last. I placed a To Go order for the Pick 2, choosing the... broccoli & cheddar mac and cheese and a chicken caesar salad. When I got back to work it was a measly salad with wilted lettuceand NO chicken. Wow, I paid over $13 for this meal. What a joke. I will never be returning to this dump! Read more
This is my local Panera bread so safe to say that I visited often. My food from here is always good and fresh. However, be sure... to check your bag before you leave, it's not often but sometimes your order is incorrect. Read more
You got to be kidding! Paid extra to get avocado ended up 12$ for 30% of the plate, literally... I always get the same bowl,... this location is so cheap ! There was exactly 1 arugula leaf ! A drop of hummus where there should be a table spoon of it atleast! Just absurd. Stealing money! Never ever would I recommend this location. Block it from your maps. Read more
Unfortunately although the soup and sandwiches are good, the service is poor at this location. We had moved our business to a... nearby location and have never had an error on our orders. Today, we gave them another try and there was a mistake on our order.Once we got home, we discovered the croutons were missing for my husband?s soup. It?s happened too many times and it isimpossible to reach a manager as no one answers the phone. When we have returned to the store and advised a main item ismissing, they merely prepare it and don?t even apologize for the inconvenience they have caused. Read more
