Talk about a great place that's going downhill. I use to go here more often but the quality and service has gone down so much... I've stopped going. I gave them one more chance today and they messed up again. Not only did I have to wait in an insane line,they are clearly overworking their front line people. This is the second time I've been mischarged so I'm pretty much donecoming here. The cashier working today looked like she didn't even know what planet she was on. She was standing asleep so Iwasn't even mad that she overcharged me, she clearly didn't know where she was. Constantly out of stock on utensils, dirtyenvironment, dirty workspace behind the counter, a week or two ago when I went I think the guy cooking burnt something and madethe whole restaurant smell like chili. I tried ordering online and it was even worse - the order was totally wrong. I'm nolonger coming here and it's a shame since I live so close. Hoping they fire the manager and it gets back to it's feet again,this use to be the BEST Chipotle in the area, oh well. Read more
Placed order through app today, for 2 bowls and most of my order requests has been ignored. For ex, Asked for extra salsa and... medium sauce on the top. Not there, I dont think the employees are actually paying attention to their order. If u ask forlettuce, they will give u 5 pieces so ask for extra...smh. Food is...eh okay. Don't come on Mondays here. Monday workers give super small portions. I even got a double scoop of meat and my bowl was only... half full. I put everything in my bowl. Come only during weekends. They work hard, give bigger portions, and have treat youbetter. Read more
Terrible service by employee Amaris and also the manager or supervisor Samuel.First of all same day they charged twice for the... same item. When checked they said already refunded the over charged items. To my surprise I checked my credit card after 48hrsno refund was posted. Inspire being discussing twice. I called after two days the manager refunded the money but no apologyfrom the employee or manager. I have been going to this particular location since 6yrs. The employs need to pay attention. By far the slowest Chiptole I've ever been to. You can literally go buy all the ingredients from the store and cook it faster... than waiting in line and ordering from there even if you?ve never cooked before. If you have the option please go somewhere elsebefore you starve. Read more
