The worst service I have received in the Pollo loco the cashier named Vanesa, did not want to explain to me about the discount... on the app. Her argument was "I'm eating let me eat" I could see the discomfort of the other cashiers, her app has many flaws,I am of the old fashion who likes to order in person and use coupons. Very hit or miss everytime. Ordered the nachos with toppings on the side, no salsa. I received salsa on my nachos and no sour... cream or guacamole. $8 or $9 for some chips, tiny bit of chicken, beans and salsa isn?t ok. And they need to bring back thetortilla chicken rolls!!! Read more
Location is a joke for service, asked for 1 item without a sauce...it came with the sauce we didn't want, asked for a tostada... salad without the tostada, it came in it. The. Had the tostada bowl with chicken. Basically a salad in a tortilla bowl. It was better the I anticipated. I would order it... again. Chicken was grilled and had a good taste. It was filling, but not did not make me feel heavy after I was done. Notgreasy. Read more
