This place is horid. 26 minutes to prepare a single sandwich ordered on line. Then, it was made incorrect. Only response from... the manager was, "We made it correct and on time." No offer to correct or refund. Left without food or any consideration. Havenot had this difficulty at other Jersey Mike's, but will not revisit the La Habra location until current personnel aredismissed. Read more

I really hope the manager reads this. I have been to this location twice before and each time you wait like 10 minutes if not... longer just to place your order. I don?t know if they just don?t have staff right now but this also happened to me pre-Covid. Ifeel bad for the staff. They need help. Asap. Read more
Food was good as usual. Ordered online, pickup time was in 35 minutes (for 4 sandwiches). When I arrived I was told they were... working on it and it would be ready in 15 minutes. While I'm waiting, people that ordered there are getting their food in 5-10minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I went back to the counter and inquired if my sandwiches were ready. They looked through allthe bags waiting to be filled for online orders and found mine was ready. They should have told me as soon as it was ready, butthey waited until I asked. While I was waiting someone brought back a half eaten sandwich with a hair in it. But that is a wholeother story that will take too long to tell. Read more
My sandwich was so delicious and made with extra care. The gentlemen behind the counter are friendly and joyful and overall very... sweet. There was a young lady who was also very helpful and kind. Staff is lovely, sandwiches are lovelier. Jersey Mike's isstill the only chain sub shop I've found that makes gluten free subs as well. Gluten free bread is a little dry so get extramayo, oil, vinegar, or any other sauces you need. The only downside is they are definitely some expensive sandwiches. A fullsized gluten free Italian sub with no add ons like chips or a drink came to $22. Granted, it lasted for lunch and dinner, andit's not as if the price is hidden. It's just something to keep in mind before dining. Overall, can't complain. Read more
They let someone else walk off with my Doordash order. They didn't check his phone or anything. I had to wait an hour just for... someone to tell me my food wasn't going to show up. Have your employees check the phones of the delivery drivers before handingout food! Read more
Jersey Mike's is a great sandwich shop for a quick sandwich, their food is always fresh, and tasty. the only complaint we have... is that it feels like when we're at lunch they're at lunch, because they've got 10 people in line and three people working atthe counter, not only are they making my sandwiches they're making online orders at the same time, all locations should have aseparate countertop for all online orders, some locations do have separate counters for online orders but others don't theyshould have more people at the counter making sandwiches that's all I'm saying.
