Juan Pollo chicken is usually good. I usually order the chicken dinners with the bean and rice. I enjoy the roasted check and it... very flavorful. Last night I decided to order a burrito this time and I did not like it at all. They put some type of mayonnaiseor sauce inside the burrito and it was nasty. The flavor took over the whole burrito and I didnt even finish it I just threw itaway and ate some cereal for dinner. When I looked at the menu online it didnt say nothing about a mayonnaise or sauce that goesin the burrito. All it said on the menu was chicken, rice, bean, and lettuce. So if you like mayo in your burrito go ahead butas long as they keep putting it in there I wont buy it. Maybe you can order it without the mayo. Dont get me wrong though theroasted chicken is good. Unfortunately, the customer service here is terrible. I live in La Habra and sadly, I plan to give the La Mirada branch my... future business. I order the large party packs several times a year for our family gatherings, and they haven't always been thefriendliest, but I love their chicken. Last month I went in to place an order for Father's Day and the young cashier was verynice, but the lady in back of her (packing up items), was barking orders to her in Spanish talking about my request (which Iunderstood every word of-I'm Mexican but I guess with my mask she couldn't tell) and she was just very rude. The visit beforethat, she was rude to another customer, so I wasn't surprised when it was my turn. Everyone has bad days but like I said-thevibe hasn't always been the friendliest at this location. Move over pollo loco... there's a new chicken in town. This is by far the best tasting chicken ever!! It's a must try along... with their delicious salad and rice. The chicken is tender and flavorful. Service in this location is extremely friendly andwelcoming. Read more
Chicken was perfect. Potato salad was better than mom's (don't tell her that!). Rice was a little dry but flavorful with the... beans. Mild salsa was great and very fresh tasting. Read more
The chicken here is fantastic! It is not spicy at all. The rotisserie cooks it to golden perfection. The rice and beans are... good. The potato salad is usually to-die-for delicious, but it tasted a little bit "off" on my last visit. Still, this placeputs El Pollo Loco to shame. Read more
