Used to eat at pick Up Stix at least once a week sometimes three but the last three or four visits were very disappointing. The... service has always been good but the portions and prices have me looking elsewhere. Last time I ordered I think that tinycontainer of house special chicken was $11 and change???? I had the pleasure of meeting the founder years ago and he was veryproud of the restaurant chain that he had built. I believe he sold it shortly after and you can tell the difference. It seemslike everything is getting worse these days for one reason or another and it?s sad to see my beloved Pickupstix follow. Mostcompanies blame Covid for high prices, small portions and poor service but I would point to In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, Costco and other highly profitable and highly rated companies that are thriving pandemic or not. I just had the WORST Orange Chicken I have ever experienced in my life. The breading was like bread crumbs, NOT traditional... Chinese breading. You could tell it was breaded and fried hours before it was used. Look at THEIR picture of Orange Chicken. That's what it should look like. What I got looked worse than dog food. There was NO sauce, and NO orange flavor whatsoever.Just absolutely HORRIBLE. I have taken out from there a few times but no more. Zero oversight! I will NOT be back! Read more

The food here is always great. Never too long of a line. Always get the lunch special. I had ordered half steamed rice and chow... mein. They had accidentally given me fried rice instead. Rather than scoop out the rice they allowed me to keep the extra sideand gave me the item I ordered free of charge. They also had forgotten my cream cheese wontons but before I realized they weremissing the employee ran out to my car to wave me down to give them to me. Really appreciate the effort!
