Pizza Hut has the worst service of any Pizza chain. Most expensive, food shows up barely warm and items missing. The customer... service end? There isn't any! They owe me items, but refused to credit my card or deliver them out! They offered a credit to myaccount. That was 5 years ago. I let them keep my money and never ordered from them again. Does anyone care about delivering acomplete quality product anymore? I see by the recent reviews that Pizza hut is still dropping the ball on delivering a qualityproduct. I ordered the Detroit pizza and the cheese DID NOT go to the edge of the crust as advertised . There was a thick ring of... flavorless crust around the whole pizza with no caramelized cheese crust. Also, the app said my pizza was ready, but when I cameto the store, the pizza was still in the oven. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and felt safe and sanitary. Read more
I was about to order a pizza but I changed my mind immediately. I notice a female worker with long hair past her backside. What... happened to wearing a hair net or a bun? I was totally disgusted. That is an easy way to get hair in a persons food. Then, Icome to find out she is the manager? Not to mention not one employee was wearing gloves. I have ordered from here 3 times. The first time everything was great, although I feel it was overpriced. I ordered again... because the quality of the food was good before, but this time I opted for no contact delivery and I there was no notificationof delivery or knock on the door. After 45 minutes had passed I opened the door and the delivery had been left. The pizza wasentirely cold and didn't taste great. Disappointing, but I was still willing to give them another try. The third time, I alsodid not receive any notification or know, it took longer than estimated, the pizza was cold and they were missing the soda I hadordered and paid for. For the price you pay, it feels like a complete ripoff. I felt like I just threw my money away. Notordering from here again. Read more
They accidentally left a pizza on our door step with the 'no contact delivery' and I called right away but they said they... couldn't redeliver it so they asked us to let them know what the order was so they could redo it and deliver to the properaddress. They told us to keep the pizzas at that point (obviously) so of course we had to try it... The thin crust pepperoniwith jalapenos was SO good! We never order pizza and when we do we don't typically use Pizza Hut but after that thin crust pizzawe won't order from anyone else ever again- it was that good. How do I give negative stars on here ? Worst pizza ever!!! Ordered 3 pizzas with a order of stuffed garlic knots . They were out... of the knots so that already was a bad start. Then when we get home our thin crust pizzas were so over done that a piece of thecrust fell to the floor and our dog almost choked on it. It's raining so we don't want to go back out. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Found a long black hair in my pizza. The manager accused me of putting it there. I have... short curly hair. Note, the first thing he said is I know you. And I replied, "yes, you do, when you delivered burnt pizza." Donot order from hair! The manager gave me all kinds of attitude, rolled his eyes and said all he can do is put in a incidentreport or make me another hair pizza. No thanks! Read more
Ordered 50 dollars worth of food for delivery, received an email confirmation, 1 and a half hours later still no pizza, called... the number they give you to the store, the person on the phone of course can't help me and tells me there is no record of myorder and that I have to call corporate. Do not waste your money on pissa hut, if you are in La Habra and want good pizza go toatomic pizza. Read more
