Red Robin is always a family favorite. Food was quick and good. Service surprisingly seemed better then before covid.

Revised review 11/8/22 evening Decided to give the place another chance same evening since RR chain is my favorite restaurant. I... usually dine at the Cypress location. Walked in and still no one at front to greet. Walked into the bar and asked Ellen if I cansit anywhere. She was very courteous and explained that the person usually at the front was busy dealing with Take-out orders.Ordered the Whiskey River burger. Ellen was attentive and asked if I like any refills or anything else. 11/8/22 Walked intoday at 11:48 am waited at front for several minutes no one there to greet. Because I was not in the mood to eat huge burgers, I chose to order 2 cheeseburgers. Total price was around $15.40, which is a... reasonable price. I ordered the two burgers and requested grilled chicken on both burgers, but they gave me two cheeseburgersWITH BEEF PATTIES instead of the grilled chicken that I requested. Read more

We went to RR yesterday 4/12?the food was ok but the garlic fries were the worse. They Were saturated in so much oil they were... limp and soft and cold. I will never go back there again this isn?t the first time I?ve had this experience at red Robin and forthe price that we paid for a hamburger pizza pretzel bites and two drinks $53 was definitely not worth it I give them a onestar?By the way the fries you see down below in the photo I had to re-do them in my air fryer and they still were soggy it washorrible Read more

It is a good place to eat. It was 4 of us at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. They restaurant was not as crowded as I thought it... would be, especially at dinner time. I didn't take any pictures of our food, I was going to, but we were too hungry and totallyforgot about that lol. The entrance was a bit dirty, more than usual for a restaurant, maybe they were really busy before wegot there. We checked in, 15 minutes later we were called to our table, as we were directed to our table we noticed that ourtable was not ready, it was still dirty from the last party, so we had to wait in the middle of the aisle while the our host gotsome cleaning towels and cleaned our table. Service from our waiter was really good, checked up on us regularly, and our foodcame out quickly. 2 of us ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger with garlic seasoned fries... it was so good. I really enjoyed it.And they were bottomless fries, delicious!! Muy daughter just had a freckled lemonade, which was also a bottomless drink. Nocomplaints about our food or service. Read more

Been here twice and service has been great. The staff does a great job with service. We were seated right away and got our... beverages and food in about 15 minutes. They have all tables shaded on the patio and they make sure to clean each table beforeseating you. They also have temporarily lowered some of their prices. Great job Red Robin! Read more

This dinner with my family at this burger chains was amazing and satisfactory. The last time we set out feet in the Red Robin... was years ago at Irvine spectrum in Irvine . This restaurant did a lot of changing from the organized settings to decorationsinside the store. Their burgers looked very good and juicy . I have one of their gourmet burger, and judging by the look of itthat I knew this was the one. It was so good , big and it has double cheeses , lettuce, bacon,tomato , sautéed with mushroomsonion , and avocado on it. I took a bite out of it , no I take it back , I cut it into a small portion because my burger was sohumongous. Well ! I finally finished it . The noise was medium even the TVs were on and the restaurant was almost filled. Ourserver named Lino , he was just a gentleman that to make sure we were doing ok and went extra miles to courted us .
