Taco Tuesday at Rubio's was amazing! Had a chicken, a steak and a fish taco. Best ever!
It is 4:15 pm Saturday afternoon and the restaurant is almost empty My daughter ordered kids meal ( the person taking order had... trouble understanding English so she called another employee to help) 20 minutes went by and my daughter order is still notready. I placed an online order, the store hours stated they close at 830. I placed my order at 740pm. Arrived at the store at 8 pm and... the doors were locked. The employees just stood there and stared at me. Finally, a customer left, so I entered the store andwent to the pick up counter. No apologies or how can I help you. Then they proceed to tell me they ran out of Mexican rice andif I would like a substitution. I declined and wanted a refund for the large rice I paid for. The manager was very rude and waslike you ordered online, so I can't refund you now. So, probably will not see my refund. When I check my order another item wasmissing... they just handed it to me no apologies nothing. Sadly, seems like I won't see my refund.
