Manager Lupe needs to go. Watches her people struggle and speaks Spanish to English only people. Acts like she doesn?t know... English when you ask to speak to a manager. She would of been gone a long time ago if this was mine. Toxic and salty. Long waittimes because she doesn?t help. People in front are friendly and try their best. Read more

It is 4:15 pm Saturday afternoon and the restaurant is almost empty My daughter ordered kids meal ( the person taking order had... trouble understanding English so she called another employee to help) 20 minutes went by and my daughter order is still notready. The last few times I?ve been here I noticed the amount of chicken/shrimp in my bowl/burrito has been at lot less than it was... maybe a year ago. Are you deliberately putting less protein in to your dishes?? Read more

I placed an online order, the store hours stated they close at 830. I placed my order at 740pm. Arrived at the store at 8 pm and... the doors were locked. The employees just stood there and stared at me. Finally, a customer left, so I entered the store andwent to the pick up counter. No apologies or how can I help you. Then they proceed to tell me they ran out of Mexican rice andif I would like a substitution. I declined and wanted a refund for the large rice I paid for. The manager was very rude and waslike you ordered online, so I can't refund you now. So, probably will not see my refund. When I check my order another item wasmissing... they just handed it to me no apologies nothing. Sadly, seems like I won't see my refund. We just went for dinner on taco Tuesday. Allison took our order and messed up multiple times. I thought she was a new cashier ,... very inexperienced and confused on a busy night. I Was shocked to find out that she was the manager, messed up 2 orders, chargedfor things that was not requested!! On the other hand, the team leader Desire went above and beyond and she should be themanager. the other one , so called manager shouldn?t be even a cashier on a busy night like this . I mainly gave 3 stars forDesire vs none !. Very disappointing and unprofessional from someone that is supposed to be handling things in an exceptionalmanner . Read more

Luckily the food was okay. The place is so understaffed, like everything these days. The fountain lemonade was water. The... big splashing container with lemonade was hot!! Both Purell dispensers were empty. Need I say more?!? Read more

The worst service I have received at a restaurant. The lady who took my order was not pleasant at all. And when they called my... name to pick up my order, one of the staff members just tossed it on the counter. Later I realized they never put any salsa,napkins or utensils in my bag. I had been watching them take care of other customers and they did put these items in their bag.As I was leaving I almost ran into the gal who had taken my order and she just glared at me like I was in her way.
