We like coming here for my husbands birthday breakfast. The food is good, great view, and the customer service really impressed... us! This year I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong time but they were very understanding and let us come at thetime we wanted. Also, I mentioned on the phone we had a golf appointment after breakfast and the host remembered that when wegot there and our food came out extremely fast! Read more
Great view of La Jolla Cove. Second time here and consistently good. We got the breakfast tacos and burrito as well as the... coast toast. The coast toast is the definitely the highlight which pairs amazingly with the house jam. Burrito is also quitegood, just lacks some good sauce to go with it. Tacos do include a good sauce but overall both are great savory breakfastoptions. If you’re more into sweet we definitely recommend the coast toast. Don’t forget that delicious jam. A must!... Their unique steamed egg bowls and their signature french toast alone are enough reason to go and have brunch there.... The service, location, the views are impeccable. We have been coming to the La Jolla Cover many times but never had a chance to try this restaurant. Since we had friends from... out of town, we want to have them experience Southern California dining with an ocean view. Besides the spectacular view, wehad some good service from our waiter. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, we were accommodated right away with a goodview of the ocean. The server promptly took our orders for drinks and introduced us to their favorite food. I was a bitconcerned seeing bad Yelp reviews on the food. But we got some delicious selections. The soufflé French toast was so fluffy andsweet which was one of my favorites. The naughty burrito was also very tasty. The fillings were so flavorful. Another good dishhere is the burger. My friend got the burger and he loved it for its flavor and texture on the meat. Despite been in theexpensive area of San Diego, the prices of the food were fairly reasonable. The average price for each dish is around$12-$15. Overall, it was a good experience for us and our friends. After a great outing at one of San Diego’s best scenicspots, it’s refreshing to get some food with a view and recharged. Read more
Very nice location next to the beach. The service was not really slow, but also not fast, something in between, but friendly. I... had an avocado toast and some scrambled eggs with potatoes, feta cheese and veggies, namely spinach, tomatoes and wildmushrooms. The food was good in taste, but could have been seasoned a little bit more. But that’s just my own opinion. I wouldvisit this location again for having breakfast. Read more
Oceanside dining with outdoor heaters serving a Californian Mexican fusion style food. The menu has a wide variety of brunch... options from omelets to French toast to tacos that was served all day. The French toast is sublime! Don’t miss out on it. It’s the perfect balance of texture and flavour. The brunch classics are... decadent and noticeably well crafted. We had the pleasure of sitting on the balcony with a view to the beach and it waswonderful.
