Went here during San Diego Restaurant week. The food was delicious, and the portions were good for sharing. The servers were... very friendly and attentive. The upper open dining space has an ocean overlook, which was nice. Overall pleasant experience. Read more

Roxanne and Victor attended me and my friend. Outstanding service. Roxanne took care of our lunch and Victor took care of our... drinks at the bar. Great view, superb ambiance as well. Please note the lady who took our Walk in reservation on a "sold out"day were amazing as well and managed to fit us in. 5 Star treatment. Highly recommend for an overall experience. Read more

Great view and great food! We made a reservation at 1:45pm but arrived 2:05pm due to traffic but they were able to kindly... accommodate us. Our server Jason M. was also amazing! Our group of 3 were planning to order 3 rigatonis but he suggestedsplitting the food for us so we can get 3 different dishes so we can try everything! Our personal favorite would definitely bethe fish sandwich. The coconut iced latte tasted water down & personally would not get it again. Otherwise, great experience andfood! Highly recommend! They also no longer have the lobster roll but there is a restaurant right across & it was perfect toget as a little snack before walking by the beach! Read more

We were lucky to get a table here, fills up very fast around sunset, even on a Monday. The view is fantastic, that’s... definitely what you come here for. The food is good, but not worth the price. You can find better food at cheaper places downthe street, but it’s hard to find a better view. I ordered the duck confit which was really good, but every other dish weordered was just decent. If I come here again, it’d be for drinks during the sunset. Read more

Went here for a quick lunch and for the vibes everyone has been raving about online. I got the fried chicken sandwich ($16) and... my wife got the Grain Bowl ($17). I was not impressed with my sandwich. The chicken was very thick so i didn't feel like it wascooked right. It was very wet and kind of chewy so I couldn't eat it. I was only able to eat about 1/3 of it before feelingsick. My wife was Egh about her bowl as well. Overall, I would say this is more of a vibe spot rather than a tasty food spot. Also, they add a 4% sure-charge as like a tip then add another 22% tip at the end of the meal. Just something to bring up. Ibelieve they're in business more for the vibes rather than the food. Not sure if I would come again. Read more

I’m so so disappointed by this experience. We came here 5 year old and we loved here. And I saw George’s at the Cove joins... restaurant week, so we come here with our friends for this special experience. But they don’t take Restaurant Week serious atall, the service is super slow and unprofessional. The foods are so so, they are not bad, but definitely not the level as Iremembered at this restaurant. My friends fish taco is very dry, I think the street fish tacos probably taste better. And themost thing disappointed us are the cocktails, they are not cheap, all like $15,$16, but we double they put any alcohol in it?! Imean, maybe because it’s during the restaurant week, so they lower their quality? But they just lost me and my friends fromtheir future clients list. Plus their bath is very dirty. Read more

The food tasted amazing!! I ordered the roasted half chicken whole my friend bought the lasagna. We ended with a warm chocolate... cake for dessert. Our dessert was frozen cold when we first received it, but after I mentioned it to our server, they switchedit out right away and brought over a delicious cake. There are three floors, which are all different. The bottom floor is closedwith window views of the ocean, second floor has open windows while the top floor is open all around. If you're trying to get agood view, go during the day since you can't see much at night. Read more
