Staff are generally helpful here, but can be slow and unknowledgeable. Recently I asked them to reuse my clean but used... Starbucks cup, to save a cup. They made a big deal of it, didn't understand at first, then ended up using a new cup anyway. It'salso very frustrating that they don't accept any general Starbucks rewards. Read more
Kind of awkward situation when I asked for a cup of later and was told they don?t..give out water to students haha. Coffee isn?t... bad, wait time is definitely longer than average. Not a huge fan of the place. My last drink was 80% ice and 20% drink. I might as well have ordered a cup of ice and gotten it... for free instead of 5 dollars. Read more
It's quite nice to have a starbucks at campus. Very energetic and always full of students. Online app ordering is not supported... here. Getting a spot is usually hard specially in break time. Read more
The baristas here are so nice! I come here once in a while. The batista who took my order was very nice and even drew a smiley... face on my cup. I wish they took rewards from the app because I have so many stars! Other than that, everyone here is great. Read more
