Downloaded the app. Easy to use. Worked as it should. However, ketchup is not listed in the add ons. The reason for 1 star is... the store did not put the bacon I paid extra for on my burger. Something so stupid easy and it gets screwed up. I don't havemany options for fast food in my area. Carl's Jr is my go to. Read more

The staff at the La Junta Colorado Carl's Jr have absolutely got their business down. Every aspect of our order was exactly as... requested. On top of that, the quality of the meals we received exceeded the expectations you might get from ad pictures. Thecrew was efficient, friendly and busy. Came into town because the Dmv had the quickest appointment and decided to stop on my way out at the local Carl?s junior. It was... fast hot food, it looked like the picture, and I got everything I order done right the first time. Service was excellent, staffwas friendly and offered me a survey. The food was awful. I ordered a #4 with no bun, they gave it to me wrapped in lettuce with dirt ALL over it. I didn't even ask... for the lettuce, and they didn't give any options. My burger was also cold. I've never been to a Carl's Jr this bad! Read more
Terrible experience. Food was cold & not up to par. Photo is of a 6 piece Tender meal, which by the price they seem very proud... of... Spoiled Ranch Dressing included in the bag. Daughter's shake looked like strawberry milk. Called on site management, waspromised a full refund. I go to the location only to have them tell me they cannot issue a refund. After repeated attempts toreach out the to the owner, never any response. Days have passed. Called Corporate. Never could speak with anyone there astheir automated system intentionally avoids connecting you to to human being. Mostly like the last time I spent $43 & changethere. This approx the 5th time in a year this kind of ordeal has occurred, so it isn't because they had an bad day. Ridiculous.Major changes need to be made. Read more
