When ordering a double ¼lbs make sure to let them know to take it EASY on the salt.....tell you what..... I could have taken it... off and sold it by the LB.... If I wouldn't have been driving.... Ruined my burger, same thing happened the time beforethat.....burger was so dry and old. It must have been made 3 or 4 hrs before I showed up. Read more

I get it?s a fast food joint and I shouldn?t expect everything to be peaches and cream but how are you going to throw a fit... about me coming back around to fix my order. How dare that manager not come to the window to help her employee fix my issues andinstead had her hand my order back and continue paying for a second time then still manage to mess up my order. The First Ladywas sweet and did her best. The second lady who handed off my once again messed up order, her ?omg? comment was unnecessary andextremely rude when I told her my order was still wrong. And for the manager who finally decided to bless us with her presence,chucked my food in the bag and threw it at us, I hope higher management sees this and you lose your job because what the actualhell. I wasn?t being rude till I was given attitude. I would have stayed to argue about the way I was treated but it wasn?tworth it. I?m also angry I had to pay for my order twice even when they still messed it up the second time. Read more

These guys are doing a great job over there. They are usually really fast and the food is great! If there's alot of cars in the... drive thru don't worry they should all be served really fast. Read more

If I could I would gave 0 stars. Avoid at all costs. Horrible rude management who treats customers like criminals. I am visiting... from Denver (love this part of Colorado) and went over for breakfast. I put in my order and they had it ready quickly; howeverthe credit card reader was not working. The employee went to get the manager, named Misty, who turned out to be an insultingrude horrible person. She came out and rebooted the machine and stated bluntly I would need to wait 10 minutes before it works.I asked if I could eat my breakfast, which was ready, while I waited. She flat out refused and said ?Can?t do that.? I explainedI just wanted breakfast and would pay afterwards. She refused again. Then checked the other credit card machine that was havingthe same problem. There was a machine for the drive through that seemed to work but she would not use it either. I offered toleave my debit card, I was fresh out of cash, as collateral while I ate and she refused again and told me ?You will just leaveafter eating and not pay us.? I promised to pay, and I would. But she just treated me as a criminal so I told strait up if sheis only going to treat me as a criminal then I won?t do business with them. Never once did I raise my voice, I kept trying towork through it and she kept denying me everything and insulting me and question my integrality as an honest man. To accuse thecustomer of being untrustworthy of inexcusable and this person should not be representing MacDonald?s. What a horrible rudehuman being. Read more

They never get the order right. My grandpa ordered a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin for me and they put sausage on it and the... next time they put CANADIAN bacon and he specifically said "regular bacon, not canadian." and they still got it wrong. Pleasestart getting the orders right. Read more

Sat at the box watching them take order after order at the other box. I kept saying hello into the speaker and getting no... response. They took four orders before even saying hello to us and we had already patiently waited for two cars beyond thatbefore even speaking. At the very least they could have said, we'll be right with you, instead of outright ignoring us. We getto the first window, the girl who takes our payment says nothing to us other than an amount, walked away, and came back again toask us if we'd already paid. Finally we pull up to the food window where we can see our drinks and a bag just sitting there, andthe girl sees us, and walks away. Read more

I recommend this McDonalds! When we arrived today there were just a few others in the restaurant. Then they got slammed with a... huge influx of people from a local parade and regular lunchtime patrons. Every employee was working so hard to get the ordersin. There were impatient people but the staff handled the crowd so well working as hard as they could. Patty took our order andthen went back to help with other orders and was so sweet and hardworking!! The restaurant was very clean, nice and neat. I wishI could have gotten my own refill of tea so that I didn?t have to go to the counter since they were so busy. We were travelingand really wanted refills for the road. Thank you for a job well done staff! Read more

Visiting my grandkids from Virginia and they wanted McDonald's. Drive thru was OK but I don't think they can handle the 2 drive... thru lanes very well. So paid almost $60 and they said receipt would be at 2nd window so proceeded to the window had sixdrinks with the order and had to ask for a drink carrier,so got the first bag and kind of looked at it, then she gave us a bagand told us it was the fries and receipt was in the bag. Got it home an none of the 3 double cheeseburgers and no receipt onlygot chicken nuggets and fries. So we called and who ever answered gave me the manager and I explained my problem and that Ididn't get or the 3 doubles. So he told me to come on back and come in. Stood at the counter and was not even acknowledged bythe older lady giving out orders, finally asked the young lady mopping the floors. Than the older lady proceeded to tell methat I needed my receipt and start to argue with me wanting to know how long it was since I came thru, it had been 15 to 20minutes. I thought she was going to look up the receipt and I told her I had the paper of what we ordered in the car. She goteven more hateful but she did end up getting the doubles for me. I worked many years in fast food and have always been in somekind of customer service position and this was definitely not how you treat a customer. If she is a manager she definitelyneeds some training on customer service so she can lead her crew by example with a good attitude and good customer service. Sorry for the long review but go on down the road to Wendy's if heading west and if going east go to Carl's. Much betterservice and food. Read more
