This LA junta taco bell is one of the best I've seen in my travels across this country.
I visited the LaJunta Colorado, Taco BellI on August 20th 2022 @ approx 11:45pm. It wasn't pleasent for a few reasons... I spent... $21 on one combo meal and 2 of their new grilled cheese burritos and a LG drink. Granted it was only about an hour & 15minsbefore closing time so I kinda figured that they were busy getting ready to close and still trying to serve customers but it wasa little irritating that we had to wait in the driver thru for approx. 17 minutes... That was my first irritation with thisstore & my second irritation was that the employee at the drive thru window barely said 2 words to us and those 2 words were"$20.82" we had to ask for sauces and straws and then we get our order FINALLY and we drive all the way home to LasAnimas about16 minutes drive and we get home and we didn't get ANYTHING we ordered and so I tried calling the store to let them know and toask what my options were on fixing this & the first call I made it rang over 8 times and they finally picked up and then justhung up on me without even saying hello so I called back and they picked up on about the 5th or 6th ring and the only thing saidto me was "hi, taco bell, we closed already" and they hung up on me!!! I called the next morning 3 times and each time I askedfor a manager and they said "yes, hold" and a manager never answered my call. Idk what to do besides give a bad review Read more
They where so upset making the burrito they wrapped a finger hole through the wrap into the supposed burrito, that was not even... wrapped. You work at Taco Bell I've been there, not that difficult. Read more
Literally the best Taco Bell I?ve been to, when comparing to other Taco Bell?s. Clean, quick, and the staff is friendly. Very... quick to fix any issue if you have one, and overall the best Taco Bell I?ve been to in Colorado. Read more
Sure don't get what you pay for anymore. Then you get attitude when you say something. Pepsi was nothing but carbonation,... barely any topping on the Mexican pizza. Always out of cups or certain menu items. Read more
Usually don't have any issues with the LJ taco bell, but probably won't be going back. Burnt crunch wrap, with next to no meat.
It's not hard to do your job. If I pay extra for something I expect it very simple. Idk what this is but it's at least the first... time we've gotten no lettuce bit extra beef is literally not there. Glad I checked before getting home. This wasn't a couldn'thear over the mic this was at the window repeating my order. Read more
