Very nice store but the food is always cold, they take forever and they close at random times for 5 to 10 minutes without even... saying anything to the customer waiting in line. Horrible service and food. Read more

We ordered 6 Tacos with no hot sauce to go. We were told to park over to the side to wait for our food. The attendant came out... and said here are your 10 Tacos... We drove home to find we paid for 10 lukewarm VERY HARD SHELLED OLD TACOS. All of themwere very hard and obviously had been prepared long ago!!! We only ordered 6. We were cheated! They were difficult to eat andvery disappointing. We won't be going back to Jack in the Box. Read more

Its actually open late night best option in the area everything else is closed after midnight. It's hot made fresh to order and... its Quick they dont make you pull forward and wait on a drop off great location Read more

Stopped by on our way back from Galveston to Sugar Land, Texas. Ordered at the drive through. Made my order and when I drove up... to the window, I simply asked this girl "Didn't Jack in the box have a dollar menu? I thought tacos and Jumbo Jacks were off thedollar menu." She rudely said "I don't know, I don't set the prices on the menu". She said this with out even looking at us. Shedidn't even give us a receipt to even look at the price. Read more

IMHO this location and one behind JSC on 1764 are the best Jack In the Boxes locations in the greater Houston area and most... definitely anywhere in Galveston County. I've passed up more than one Jack In the Box to go to this one on more than oneoccasion. They make the food right, there it's never an issue with anything from the line, speed, staff or quality. I ordered my food in the drive thru and of course once you pay they instuct the customer to park some where to wait. This means... if something is wrong you have to go inside anyway. Once i park i realize i was not the only car in line... im with 4 othercars waiting for food. This is a deceptive practice. If i would have known that i would have never stopped. I did not have thetime. I watched an employee try to give the same bag of food to 3 different cars. Carelessly spreading the covid by allowing thedriver to look in it, put thier hands it the bag, and pass it back. she repeated that process with the other customers untilshe found the right car. I was so glad that was not my food. When my food came i asked the employee if there was ranch. She said"yeah" and walked away. They only provide one. Not enough! I did not want to go inside. So i drove away. Once i got home irealize that i now have oil stained in my seat and the bag is dripping and transparent due to saturation of cooking oil... Mytacos where so greasy and soggy with oil, i could not eat them. The whole trip was a waste of time and money. The oil staind myshirt and my seat. This location is garbage. .... I tried this place again in hopes it got better. It did not. They didn't evenhave menus in the drive thru and staff still has an attitude... This work place culture has to be stimulated or permissable frommanagement. Either way not acceptable. Read more

I placed my order via the app. It took 8 minutes to get to the store. I waited 30 minutes to get to the window. I wanted a... refund. I tried to go inside, but the door was locked. When I finally got to the order box, the staff never acknowledged menor asked me to wait. I had to talk to the speaker to get the lady to acknowledge me. By the time I got to the window, noapology just asked my name & handed me my food. When my son tried his mini pancakes, they were so hard he couldn't bite intothem. I tried also because I didn't think that was even possible. It is... I ordered the Supreme croissant with mayo. I got asausage croissant, and it had fallen apart as if they put the box in sideways. The hash brown was so greasy that grease actuallypoured out of the main bag. My dog took the top & refused to eat the rest. Read more
