Honestly it is always something. Take forever for orders that are ordered in app, take forever for DoorDasher's to get food, no... QA/QC check against receipt. If I could get doordash to go to another one, I would. Best to probably retrain all of youremployees. Read more
Horrible ...it was before 4pm we ordered 2 large vanilla shakes.... $11.59.... They watery liquid....until we drove off and put... the straws into each drink thru the whipped cream on top....the straws slid thru to the bottoms....the cool to the touchcontainers....did not give away that the inside was horrible. The employees here ALWAYS have an attitude, like ma?am please. I?m here trying to spend money and you?re here trying to make... money. But besides that the food is often cold, and when there is more than 3 cars ( drive through and stalls combined) they actlike they don?t know how to answer the call button or speak to you in the drive through. If you can even get to the intercomwithin 15 minutes ???? don?t go here. If you want a good Sonic just drive 5 min more to the sonic on highway 3. They are 10000times better in every way. I?m not the type to even write a review when service is bad cause I understand things happen but dude this sonic is the WORST... sonic I have ever been too in my life. Ice cream machine is broke more than McDonald?s(so that?s saying something) if the icecream machine isn?t broken it?s the ice machine. This isn?t just an isolated issue. It?s all the time ?in my last 10 visitsthere has been a problem with either of or both 6 out of the 10 times. Multiple times I had to default to the sonic in SantaFe(hwy 6) ..never a problem at that location. Just throw the whole sonic away at this point. Read more
This is my go to drink stop but noticing lately a decline in service... easy stuff. Ordered a Rt.44 Coke, easy ice. Should be... simple right? Receives drink at drive thru and pulled off.... took a sip, nasty Dr. Pepper. Got back in line, asked for Coke,easy ice... was handed a Coke that weighed about a pound stuffed with ice. Now in Texas, orders with tons of ice means awatered down soda within minutes. I handed the drink back to the manager, who had been waiting on me, and asked him if I couldjust get what I ordered. Rt.44 Coke easy ice. I watched him dump out half my Coke and then refill it. I'm was never rude ordisrespectful. Went to sonic for $1 chili cheese dog special & they said they ran out! So I ordered 3 footlongs instead & paid $15 for 3... footlongs...got home & opened them up & there all the regular chili cheese dog weenies in them....so basically they look youright in the face & lie! It took around 40-45 minutes to get 2 large cheese sticks and 2 cheese tots!!! There was only two cars there when we ordered as... well so it definitely shouldn?t have taken that long I?ve never had to wait almost an hour for food at a fast food place themost I would say would be 25 mins and that?s it but longer than 30 is ridiculous.
