I give one star because I can't give any fewer than that. The last 5 or 6 times I went there they NEVER have onion rings. They... always say the morning shift didn't get them ready. Or the person that does the onion rings is not in today. And todays excusewas they are under new management. They always get my order wrong. They always have a bad attitude. I'm done! Never going back.This place should be torn down and something new and better built in it's place. Read more

food orders are NEVER right, they don't know the difference between a SPRITE and a slush... Our doordasher gets there to pickup... our food and surprisingly they have no idea about our order. YES we made sure the correct address was clicked. Ran by littlekids that are rude as hell when you call to ask what happened to the orders. Sonic do better. Read more

It was worth buying here but not anymore. I bought some popcorn chicken, some of them were hard as a rock and I bit into one of... them and it was completely raw inside. Horrible, service took forever. Not worth the wait, eat somewhere and don't waste yourmoney here Read more

Ordered on the app to show up and sat there for 10 minutes. Person inside didn't notify that she wasn't coming out to stall and... only doing orders through the drive thru. Terrible service!! Read more

They forgot my online order, didn't respond to the speaker when I was trying to question it, took forever to fix it, screwed up... the order and the guy who delivered it was clueless arguing about my receipt. I should have known better when there was yellingand screaming in the drive-thru. Read more

We sat in drive stall for about an hour only ordered 2 items we got a notification it was on the way out then nothing for... another 20 everyone around us got there food and we still sat and waited so we hit the call button lady caught an attitudesaying they only have 2 employees. I understand short staff but this is ridiculous we only order 2 things the girl came outgoes oh we had to wait for it to get here it'll be a little while longer. NEVER again Read more

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. We sat at the Drive-In, after ringing in, for nearly 15 minutes without a single... answer from an employee. After growing tired of waiting there, we finally decided to pull up to the Drive-Thru where we waitedabout another 5 MINUTES with again NO ANSWER. If your location is closed or you?re not accepting orders, a simple ?Sorry for theinconvenience? or even a SIGN would be nice especially when we can see people walking around inside. Avoid the hassle. Looks like a shiny new sonic where one could expect to order decent fast food in a timely manner, but looks... can be deceptive. After 10 minutes at the window with no other customers present they tell me they're waiting on tots. After10 more minutes they ask how I want my chicken fried steak sandwich. After 5 more minutes I am handed a bag with cold tatortots and a burnt chicken fried steak sandwich. To add insult to injury the cashier seems to be I'll with a nasty cough... I'llbe throwing this $10 bag of food in the trash. Read more
