This location has the friendliest drive thru person I’ve ever met. Everything else is terrible. Slow service, cold fries and... no condiments are the norm here. Waiting 10 minutes on food in the drive thrust breakfast when there were only 2 cars is thelast straw. Whataburger should be better than this. Read more
This particular store, has one manager that seriously needs work on customer service and keeping up food quality! I used to get... food here at least 4 days a week. When she's working I will not eat here, burnt eggs dry sausage,slimy lettuce. I broughtthese item's to her attention and was told that I was complaining to much , when she's working food and service quality are outthe window! Read more

One of the worst visits I have ever encountered at this location. To be exact, none of my visits to this location have been... pleasant. I only go to this location because it is closer to my job, but after tonight, I will not be going back. I can dealwith the 30-45 minute wait time but when the quality of the food goes downhill, it makes you wonder what did you even wait for?As soon as I opened my burger I knew this was going to leave a bad taste in my mouth. I have never received a double meatwhataburger that looked more depressing. Burger was super skinny I checked and found out that half of a patty was missing. Totop if off, the meat was severely dry. I should have known not to come here after multiple issues with this location. From nowon, I will be driving the extra 20 minutes to the location closer to home, they seem to know what they are doing. Read more
