Our waitress was one of nicest waitresses I’ve ever had at any restaurant, and the food was super delicious. However, that’s... about where the good ends. The kitchen was super backed up which meant food took nearly an hour to come out. They also messed up2/3 of our orders but were quick to correct it. Not sure how much I want my Caesar Salad after my steak but at least it cameout. Lots of workers with food coming to our table confusing us for other customers when handing out food. Kaylee and Brian at the bar really took care of me!!! Excellent customer service!!! I was there 10/9/2022 at 8pm and they were... so nice and went out of their way for me!!! Food was excellent and worth the wait!!!! I manage a hair salon and will telleveryone how awesome the bar area is for food and drinks!!! You guys rock!!! Thank you again for being awesome!!! Best place to get a soup and salad for lunch when they get it right. Unfortunately multiple times now my DoorDash order comes to... me wrong even after speaking to the super sweet manager. Today was especially bad waiting an hour for two soups and a salad(that was not including the drive time for the driver to deliver my food) for my soups to be luke warm and half of my saladwilted with multiple brown pieces. Thankfully I know better to keep extra dressing and crackers at work now since they alwaysforget even when I call. Read more

The wait was over 30 minutes to get in. They magically found us a table when we went to the hostess stand to ask for an update... after 40 minutes. Our server seated us and forgot to give us silverware. Our server took our order and brought the drinks butforgot one for our child. After the food arrived (except his) my son actually said "how come everybody else gets theirs?" Theywere out of diet coke. Dessert took 40 minutes to arrive at the table (after the second attempt). Dinner for 4 was almost $100including 18% tip. I don't feel like it was a good value. The only fast part of dinner was checking out via their website andthe QR code. I'm have no plans on going back. I just left from the restaurant, and sadly the experience was not as expected. I ordered mozzarella sticks, but the crust kept... falling off and the cheese was not as melted as it should have been. The margarita was actually good though, I was surprised itwas from a chain restaurant, which is why I give them a star. For my entree, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. The foodcame out quick, but I was three bites in when I found a thick hair in the patty. I was disgusted, but didn't want to complain.However, the other people in my party insisted I say something. When the server came by I let her know about the hair and sheasked if I wanted another one or to just take it off the check. I did not want another one I just wanted to get out of there.She said she was going to tell her manager and be right back, well the manager never came by or apologized. We asked for thecheck, reviewed it, and saw they discounted due to "guest didn't like". I was confused, as it had nothing to do with the flavor,there was a hair in my food! I don't know what I was expecting, but I thought at least I would get the courtesy of the managerstopping by and showing concern about it.
