today at 8:00 pm 09/23, first of all was such an horrible experience, it would say, the worst chipotle i?ve been to in the area,... even tho i like chipotle and i choose to come here for my bitthday. They we?re men, expcept for the white guy, the two asiangirls, were so mean, even to him, they we?re doing nothing, they make me u comfortable, one of them with glasses, she said shewas gonna help me in a second and she left, to ?refill? and fix the drinks, they leave him alone, even they don?t have a coke, ijust buy a drink for a coke, and they didn?t even have it, that means she was doing nothing, not even taking my order, i evenhave to ask for a refund for my drink and the manager was even more mean, and mad like if it comes from her pocket. My husbandgo and ask for a cup of water and she was even so mad about it, and they have order inline and the guy has a big line and shejust turn and pretend she was filling the fridge and she wasn?t helping him, this whole time. They should raise this guy ASAP, ifeel so bad for him, like, why you guys have this girls working? To be mean! Even the food was so cold! This location is not consistant at all. Twice I have paid $16 for a to go bowl. Barely anything. It was getting busy so 2... people were making bowls and the person in front of me got their moneys worth, while the girl who did mines was very skim. After seeing the total I paid more for getting less. When it gets busy they do the same thing skim you out of what you payfor. 9/15/22 around 12 noon They were consistant! Everything about this visit today spelt cheapotle and a bowl that was empty. Unless something happened , rice seemed to be... difficult To ask for, and the scoops were flat on the spoon when given. You could sense that they were being chinsy on theportions wasn?t feeling it today . And no reciept given only a rewards Scan !!!! I stopped by the La Mesa location for the 1st, time I noticed right away how clean the outside was as I am driving up. The lobby... area was clean, food looked fresh and plenty was available. The staff very friendly. The downfall to my experience was the cookhad a mask on but was down to his chin I was thinking what?s the point in wearing it if you don?t have it on all the way. Then Ithought well maybe he needed a breather it can be hot back there in the kitchen but nope his mask remained down the entire timeI was there ordering. I stopped in today to grab the chicken bowl! trust and believe this will be last time visiting this location! The food was OK.... I?ve definitely had much much better at other locations! What really made the experience to the level of never going to everwalk in the doors again was the interaction with the employees. Rude doesn?t even cover it. And it would be different if Ideserved Noonie yes. But in all in all I was in a really good mood I was very friendly yet none of that was reciprocated!Anyways long story short this place sucks!
