I banned IHOP for 10 years about 11 years ago. I went to the same restaurant that provided me that bad experience 10 years ago.... My experience today was precisely the same! How do they stay in business?! The food was like eating a salt brick. Everythingtasted the same... and how may I ask that bacon tastes the same as an egg?? The waitress seemed unhappy and passivelycombative. And, the same, when you pay they don't ask how your experience was because they know it sucked. Don't go. Newlycreated ban: 20 years. Well I only giving 4 stars because the server did a half job and forgot to ask several questions regarding the sides and assumed... we all wanted pancakes, i sure didn't. All the rest was acceptable, place was clean not many people eating no waiting to beseated but server was definitely lost . Just finished my meal. This location needs to be helped. Visited on Sunday morning, July 24, 2022 at 0925 hrs. Seating area was... at about 30% capacity. Even so, service was slow as it took about 5 minutes for a server to ask if I've been helped. My serverwas polite and friendly. I ordered the 2 egg breakfast. My order arrived about 12 minutes later. The hash browns tasted likethey came from a box and the toast was old, not fresh from the toaster. The eggs and bacon were ok. If this is normal for thisparticular chain food restaurant, I will not return. I don't know if the cooks are undertrained, the servers are not attentiveor a combination of the two, but I've had better experiences at competing cafes/diners in the area. Read more
First time ordering in this location via phone. Customer service is good and pick up is on time. However I had the worst... looking French toast I have ever seen. I could have done better making my own French toast at home. Toasted bread and butterwould have have been better. Will never order on this location again. Read more
I can't give this place less than five stars because it has everything you look for in a restaurant. Attending crew is super... polite and I being mexican feel at home here. I have never tasted any food that I don't like here, anyways, I recommend theT-bone. Read more
