I ordered a LARGE ICED MOCHA COFFEE (see receipt picture) and they gave it to me in a MEDIUM CUP! Read the yellow M and it says... "Iced Coffee" and the white L says "McCafé Shake". This is deliberate robbery and stealing from the customer. This seemsfraudulent and illegal. Read more
Drive through forgot all the sauce packets for nuggets. Despite ordering 3 extras. Not the first time mistakes were made.

The dine in experience at this McDonald's has suffered terribly from poor management. There are no condiments at all,... everything has to be asked for and the staff is always avoiding eye contact. I don't know why they stopped serving their diningroom. Its really too bad. They stopped using all the fancy dining room technology. I don't get it. Read more

The staff is nice but cheeseburgers are lukewarm and are not hot enough.The cheese is not melted and I like my food served hot... not lukewarm or cool .Their french fries were hot , crisp, and tasty the first time but the french fries have been undercookedrecently.Every -once - in awhile I get that Macdonald's craving but when I was a kid the food was a much better quality.
