Probably closer to a 4.25. Very good deal given the price. I got the ramen and eel roll. The ramen was solid just a bit too... salty and i like salty food. Egg is hard boiled, but seasoned. Eel roll is standard. Their salmon and tuna roll does includeavocado in it which i do not see so i will give that a try next. It is take out only until 2023. Read more

Absolutely incredible. I have never had a single disappointing item on their VAST menu. Their service is precise, and ALWAYS... on time. I pick up right after work right before close, it's ready immediately.... I pick up before work with a 15 minutepickup window! It's done immediately! Fresh. Tasty. Perfect. Read more

Had the best spam masubi I ever had in my life and the presentation was a 10/10, the taste a 10/10 and everything was absolutely... perfect! However, I also ordered the California roll and that didn't taste like much and there was a small piece of plastic fromthe plastic bag that got separated and was in my California roll container touching the rolls. Please double check whenpackaging to go so it doesn't happen again. I wouldn't order the California roll again because of it plus it didn't taste great. Read more
Very homey sushi restaurant. Staffs are very welcoming and nice. The quality of the food is amazing and most of the menus are... well-priced. They will guide you through if its your first time eating sushi or first time visiting the restaurant. Quite of await time both weekdays and weekends but its all worth the wait. Read more

Ordered this through grubhub and it was still fresh when we got it ~40 minutes after ordering. My mixed tempura was still super... crispy, not soggy at all. My tempura California roll was delicious- I don't usually like jalapeños, but I ate the whole roll.And the baked California roll is also very good. The prices are reasonable and everything my family had (husband, myself and our9 year old) was delicious. Definitely my favorite sushi place in La Mesa! Read more
