I ordered take out and when I brought it home, I realized it was the wrong order. I called and they fixed the issues and when I... was headed back to get the correct order, they gave me a free dessert and a gift card for my troubles. It was a good experiencefrom getting the order fixed and getting the correct order. They went above and beyond by even giving me a free dessert and muchmore with the gift card. Everyone apologized repeatedly and gave great customer service. I appreciate all the effort and wasjust happy to get the correct order. Very great experience, the staff are very friendly. Our dinner at this location was the best dining experience we have had in a while thanks to Samantha W. She was awesome, very... attentive and helpful and went well beyond our expectations. She made sure we understood our dinner options when we ordered theunlimited pasta meals. She also made sure our drinks were always filled and that she put in our next order so that by the timewe were done with our plate, our new plate was ready to go. Samantha is the best, her friendly and fun personality made ourevening very enjoyable. I say give her a raise it is definitely well deserved. When we got to the lobby we were not greeted at all. The hostest just stared at us until we said "table for 2" Idk what her name... was but she looked miserable to be there. Not welcoming at all. First time of this year came to Olive Garden on Easter weekend. They changed a lot since the last time I visited. Spring vibe... everywhere and they have new dessert Strawberry cream cake Must Try! Everywhere looks clean and nice, the food(I had chickenscrampi and zuppa toscana)is more fresh and delicious than before. I planned to do Mother’s Day and Graduation party here.Because it’s the only decent place I can find which has variety choices of food to meet all the different ages’ needs. Ourserver Miriam and the hosts are so nice, they even showed us the separate party room(attached pic)and said they could even dodecorations for us! Not try to be stingy, but I really like the unlimited refill of soup, salad and breadsticks, this is thesmart way to make all teenagers full and happy at the graduation party! First time having olive garden in years. The atmosphere inside was very nice and our waiter was very attentive. They now have... these little touch screen devices that let you look at the menu and even pay for your meal which is a nice option. Of course youcan still view the paper menu and pay via your waiter. We ordered the baked pasta which was really tasty and if was good enoughfor two people. For the appetizer we got the unlimited dipping sauce for about $4 since it's a good budget appetizer thatcompliment the free bread sticks. Our waiter Chris went above and beyond to create and friendly and energetic experience! He recommended the steak and fettuccine... alfredo , which sounds like an odd pairing but worked pretty well!
