Didn't even get acknowledged for five minutes, heard employees cursing after they got off the phone, made a couple simple... requests that were ignored. I'll never come to this location again.....and am tempted to call corporate to share such ahorrible experience. Read more
The pizza was good, the tables were clean...but...the bathroom smelled like urine that had been in the toilet for weeks and I... was almost gaging. The manager has been there for years and is very unfriendly to the point of rude. This isn't just myopinion, many of the people in our party felt the same and have been here in the past also. They do not serve alcohol so pizzaand beer is not an option at this Round Table. If you want pizza to go, this is a good option I love Round Table Pizza. Read more
Picked up pizza today and thought the place was deserted at first. It was noon and no one in side, lights were off or at least... really dim. The man behind the counter was either in a real bad mood or just not at friendly person. Got a cheese pizza, gourmetveggie and some garlic twists for take out. Got home to find that some of the toppings were missing. There was no spinach oronion or garlic and the ?garlic? twists were hard as a rock, had barley any cheese and zero garlic. Tried to call the store toget it remade or something and was put on hold forever and then hung up on. Was blown away at paying 50$ for 2 med pizzas and 6twists and will definitely not be going back. Guess I know why the place was empty at lunch time. Its a shame. We used to loveRoundtable. Even drive almost 20 minutes to get it because we dont have one in IB. We will stick with Luigis from now on. Read more
Don't use delivery apps it's WORTH the drive to eat here! Pizza isn't greasy it is well cooked with amazing ingredients.... Literally the best pizza in all of CALIFORNIA!! Don't make the mistake of going to other round tables this one IS THE BEST!!!! Read more
Delicious pizza and outstanding customer service! We ordered delivery online about an hour before closing, but missed their call... advising us that their driver went home sick. We went to pick it up, no problem, and they gave it to us on the house! What awonderful surprise! Read more
Personally, I appreciate the owner working so hard and giving his best! ???????? This "pandemic" has ruined so many small... businesses and he's determined to carry on, on his own! Round Table has always been my favorite pizza, and I will continue tofrequent THIS location... As he makes it hot, fast and tasty, with quality ingredients ???????? Normally I go to the one in encinitas and I came to this one for the first time. There was only 1 employee. Male older caucasian... guy and he was rude. I dont recommend to go there. Uninvited feeling and bad customer service. He took my order and wentstraight to make the pizza without washing his hands. Read more
