I ordered my usual grande vanilla latte with oat milk and only 2 pumps of vanilla and it came to a total of 8 dollars and 25... cents. I told the guy that it is usually around 5 dollars and I tried to explain my order again but he kept cutting me off,after 5 minutes I got it down to around 6 dollars and I said ok, well the drink was not right, it was not oat milk and I?m surethere was no vanilla, I was so irritated I tossed it in the nearest bush and went to Dunkin? ?? Such a nice place and freshness was amazing. Service was great considering they were so busy.
They prioritize drive thru to the point that if you order from the register they will make your drink last, and don?t care how... long you wait. No cheery voice (finally) calling out my name is gonna erase the fact that you put me last. Pedestrians beware;you are second class citizens here. Read more
I live in the neighborhood close by this Starbucks on Spring Street in La Mesa. It?s such a nice upgrade for the area. Love... walking over. The landscaping really looks nice with the Sycamore, Crape Myrtle trees and all the succulents and meadow grasses. Read more
I usually order through the app as I am soft-spoken and shy, but my app wasn't working & I was there so I ordered at register.... The barista was really nice on the register & it made me feel okay to talk. This Starbucks is close to my home so I'll choose itas my usual now. Thank you for being nice! Read more

I want to thank the drive thru staff today around 10am sat nov 26th 2022. I ordered 4 drinks and they didn't have a holder for... the drinks. Instead of tell me there's nothing they can do, like the other locations do, they went out of there way to put it ina bag with stickers on the lids so it won't spill. I greatly appreciate that.
