Chain coffee shop kid-friendly...sure parking lot is tight but not so crowded

I have been going here for a while, and I don't know if it is the new manager Liza or what is going on, but it is going down... hill. I have gotten wrong orders and often they are out of things, never a big deal but today whoever was taking orders wastrolling customers. I now understand why the other Starbucks have lines out of the parking lot and this one is cutting hours.Drive a few minutes, wait a few minutes and have an enjoyable exchange with someone who isn't trying to troll you because of howmiserable they are (honestly, these days who can blame them). The location is excellent that it's right next to Lake Murray where I wanted to go walking, but there was zero indoor seating as... the building is really small and the stools were taken out. There is a good size patio for outdoor seating but it was cold thatday. Coffee was good and baristas we're friendly. Read more
An enjoyable interlude with a tasty treat. This location abuts the Lake Murray recreational area. So we ride our bikes from our... house over to the Starbucks for a nice cuppa joe, and then ride around the lake. This Starbucks is very festive inside with afriendly staff. They're pretty fast attending to your order, too. Read more
My wife and I went about 5:30 pm and unfortunately we didn't got the name of the young man that help us. He is Awesome!!! And... the speed of the service was unreal. The service and coffee was 5 stars. But the logistics of getting to this Starbucks is 4. The parking lot has tiny spaces so... expect your sedan car to get dinged. And overall it?s a small parking lot so the drive-through line usually overflows to themain road. there is only outdoor seating. The inside is really small and a standing room only. Read more
