Some servers and cashiers at this store are mean. Maybe they are tired. If there was zero star, I would put it.

This is my go to place every morning. I haven't been disappointed yet by the service or the drinks ? I know the coffee, Frapps,... and specialty drinks are the best here. Beautiful store, lots of natural light. Friendly and upbeat employees. Delicious drinks, barristas got them perfect. A few... homeless hang out, they were pleasant, respectful of personal space and did not approach us (but we had a 120# German Shepherdwith us) One man got his whippedcream can from the dumpster and went to the corner of the parking lot to do his "huffing". Wouldstill go back as they have nice seating areas inside and outside. Read more
