Came in ordered two of the same drinks. Iced caramel macchiato. I realized they made one of the drinks with too much milk it was... almost white. I asked the barista to remake it she tried arguing with me infront of other customers that this is how it?ssupposed to look. Ended up remaking it the same way. Very rude and unwelcoming. Read more

This Starbucks is very tiny but still offer the same quality service from the nice baristas that work here. It's indirectly... connected to barnes and noble so you can grab a cup and browse books. Read more
Unenjoyable environment, unfriendly and very loud staff with lots use of unprofessional foul language and profanity. Staff... member "Hector" remove outdoor furniture an hour before closing time (around 7pm) and tell customers to leave early. Wassuddenly closed early on July 04 without any notice. Asked, as a paying customer, for a cup of tap water with my coffee and wastold by the male barista "Jack" that I need go inline and pay for it at the counter. People started to hate going there. ????Consistently great...my friends drink there. I'm not a coffee drinker. They have a set of new plastic cups that change... color. Wish they would not make tumblers sooo tall ...fall over at bedside. Lots more pretty colors and designs. Busy placeGrossmont mall. Two stores. Read more

My order was supposed to be a strawberry acai no water with green tea extra strawberry got no strawberries I mentioned to the... barista she added the strawberries but not the extra ones and their was tea there but just tea they did not add the rest ,Iorder a blonde iced ., I'm sure not blonde I asked for oat milk did not had super disappointed usually I get my drinks heremostly afternoon Read more
Really rude barista here, I didn?t catch her name because she didn?t even acknowledge me or my husband. But did acknowledge two... other girls who came after us. She was tall, yt, and looks like a bird. Maybe better training and anti discrimination trainingwould benefit these girls. Read more
