I give this location 5 stars. I received San Restaurant Gift Card as gift for my birthday.???? My experiences of trying to use... this card was frustrating. I called before I drove out, a friendly staff member answered the phone to insure me that his termal machine worked. Quite a bit has changed here over time. Service is much better in person and more clear over the phone. Food is much better.... Would much rather go here than Rally's in it's current state. Read more
The food was just so so, the music was terrible, the boba tea had rock hard under cooked boba balls, they served my chicken... wings with a fruit fly crawling through the sauce on top of the wing....I wanted to wash my hands after eating and the bathroomwas locked....stood there for a while until the cashier told me they keep it locked for the homeless. Well put a sign on thedoor to ask for the key!! Then with two other customers in the store they still didn't have time to put paper towels in thedispenser. Paid $37 for me and my two teens to have a quick Friday snack. I won't be heading back to this joint. Read more
This place for some reason never gets the orders correct.. the last time we came here the box was full of grease no joke! We... ordered Buffalo chicken fries and both boxes were full of oil even had grease on the bottom of the boxes. The lady that isapparently the new manager and owner of the store was rude and disrespectful. This place is unsanitary. My sister saw one of thecooks eating as he was preparing food when we went back to get fresh food. We ended up just throwing away the food once againafter witnessing that. Always great staff and food. Went there today and the place has no ac. Had to be 90+ inside not to mention how hot in the... kitchen. Poor employees were working with melted smiles. Get some ac! Read more
I really like this place the atmosphere is very welcoming the staff are very clean and sanitary they do have a back patio where... you can eat your food and his sanitation station right in front of the patio.They have a variety of choices from wings toburgers to tenders to desserts and ribs and loaded fries. The menu for the flavoring can be sweet to hot to very hot tounworthily hot. the lemon pepper was on point and my chicken tenders are amazing the breadsticks were really good and thick andthey're fulfilling my fry's were thick and satisfying. so if you're going to get two combos and you want to spare yourself get aload of breadsticks and fries on the combo's. The pulled pork fries are excellent! Service is great, too. Wings should be as well, but they're...chewy. Good flavor, but the... texture isn't right. The jalapeno poppers were good but not great. I'll go back, though, for those fries! Read more
I want to support this place since it's a local business, but i can't defend it anymore. It's overly expensive compared to other... hot wing restaurants for a 5 wing combo. Food quality is also not great. Sometimes the wings are small and don't have a lot ofmeat. Their sauces are good but not great. Which they could use more of. Sometimes, I got the driest wings. Chicken tenders aresometimes stale. I'm not sure if they fry them and just let them sit on the basket over the oil. I would say in terms ofquality and price you have a better experience elsewhere.
